Refunds and cancellations
Subscription cancellation and ending a Video Studio session are different actions. Here is how to find the right one.

Cancel an Unlimited subscription
Use your account to cancel before the next renewal if you do not want another recurring charge. As described on the website, subscription access continues through the paid period. Cancellation is not the same as a refund request.
Stop a Video Studio session
Choose Session → End Session inside Video Studio. Download your files first. Closing the tab or moving to another SPA page is not an instruction to stop billing. Auto-end applies the configured inactivity limit.
Request a billing review
The website generally excludes refunds after digital access starts, subject to applicable law and issues such as duplicate charges or verified non-delivery. Contact team@flatai.org with the account email, payment date and receipt reference. Do not send full card numbers.
Separate balances and consumer rights
Video Studio top-ups and Unlimited subscriptions are different payments. Do not assume cancellation of one refunds the other. Support can review the relevant payment and circumstances. Nothing here removes rights that apply under consumer law.
